You can only
direct what
you understand.
The bilingual person used to bridge two worlds. In 2026, the person who speaks fluent agent ships ten times the work of the person who only speaks human. This is the hypothesis — and the small app I built to test it.
序文
The bilingual person — the one who absorbed the culture along with the language — talks to both rooms better than the monolingual one. Not because they hold two vocabularies, but because they carry two cultural contexts inside them.
The AI era works the same way. The person who is good at talking to people and good at talking to agents gets dramatically more done than the person who only handles people.
I want to call this Agent Leadership.
what you understand.
Two languages now. The era of human + agent fluency
English used to play that role. The people fluent in it communicated naturally with audiences across cultures — and got them to move. Now the same role belongs to the person fluent in both human and agent.
This doesn’t mean writing code line by line. It means knowing what to delegate and how to ask. The output of someone who knows that is ten times the output of someone who doesn’t — same headcount, same budget, same hours.
A to Z, by an agent. A small open-source tool, shipped with help
Port manager,
agent runner,
bookmark portal.
Everything your dev environment needs, from A to Z, on one screen.
Runs as a native macOS app or in the browser at localhost:9000. One Supabase connection syncs settings across every device you own.
- 01A control board for starting and stopping local dev servers.
- 02Launch and manage Claude Code agents from one place.
- 03A terminal-style panel for git worktree management.
- 04A bookmark portal for the links and folders you actually use.
- 05Same setup, auto-synced across every Mac you own.
- 06Per-project long-term memory — refresh local memory and back it up to Supabase.
The agent fixed itself. Numbers from an unprompted refactor
After finishing the Mac build, I shipped the Windows (WSL) version and asked one question: “any speed issues?” The agent profiled the code, wrote a plan file, fixed four hot paths, ran Playwright, committed, and reported back. The receipts:
call
2nd call
tests
response
“Almost human. Wish you’d done that the first time.”
— Me, watching the agent finish
The person who knows what to delegate
and how to ask
ships the better product.
That’s the lesson from building AgentsToZ_byCS. The app is one byproduct of the idea — agent A to Z, alongside an agent, A to Z.
30-second start. macOS & Windows (WSL)
※ All port-management features work without Supabase. Tap “Skip” in the first-run wizard and you’re up. Full API endpoints, schema, build system, ACL, and troubleshooting live in AGENTS.md.
